Grignolino d' Asti DOC – Grignolino (Piedmont)
Iconic Piedmontese red wine that tells the Monferrato terroir. It ferments in old Slavonian oak barrels and expresses an aromatic bouquet that smells of roses and geraniums, with delicate touches of blood orange and pink pepper, revealing itself in a dry, delicate, smooth tannins, fresh and savory. 
If you are looking for an atypical red, with a soft color and a light and graceful sip.

Etna Rosso | Tornatore
2018

Sicilian wine with medium body and beautiful personality, with aromas of berries, black cherry and spices and a full and juicy sip. The volcanic soil also speaks during the tasting, with soft and seductive tactility, but enlivened by a sapidity that can only offer the union between the Nerello and its favorite area. It ages for about 12 months in large cask. 
For those looking for a territorial wine, pleasantly balanced.

Valpolicella Classic Superiore | Zymè

Valpolicella DOC – Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone, Oseleta (Veneto)
Full-bodied and intense red wine, soft and enveloping, with pleasing notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry, marasca cherry and plum. It is produced with the Ripasso technique, through a second fermentation on the skins of Amarone for 14 days; this gives it overripe, dense and concentrated notes. It ages for 36 months in large oak barrels. 
Suitable for those who love wines of enveloping richness and softness.

Ghemme DOC – Nebbiolo, Vespolina (Piedmont)
Fine red wine made from grapes from vines located 250 meters above sea level. The nose has complex aromas of red fruits, licorice, sweet spices and violet. The palate is dry, soft, savory and fresh, with fine and well structured tannins. Fine and delicate Nebbiolo, representative of Alto Piemonte wines. Ages for 36 months in medium oak barrels.
